“Leisurely dining is very much a French custom, and we want to re-create the atmosphere here,” explains Shop Manager Edmond, “People can sit inside or alfresco here, savouring authentic French food and fine wine at the very heart and atop the hustling traffic of the city.”

The French Ingredients
The restaurant’s charming setting and broad range of food and wine are meticulously designed to transport diners into the countryside of Southern France. Its pan-fried foie gras, French blue mussels, roast duck leg, and Bouillabaisse, the famous seafood stew originated from the port city of Marseille, are perpetually popular amongst patrons.

“We believe only premium ingredients can do a recipe justice, so we only source ingredients from top-notch suppliers in France,” states Edmond, “and we have our own ingredient procurers in France to hand pick seasonal seafood from the local fish market and fresh vegetables from local gardens.”

Every Wednesday and Sunday, the restaurant has fresh food flown in straight from France, ranging from fresh oysters, paté to vegetables. So you no longer have to make a trip to France for the authentic French seasonal taste.
